How much notice do you require to book a picnic?

Our schedule books up quickly (everyone wants a sunset picnic!) so we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible. On occasion, we may be able to fit you in with 24-48 hours notice.

Can I add on additional guests?

Of course! Our standard picnic is for two people, with additional guests being $25/ each. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests for the bubble picnic and 15 people for the sand & sunset package.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you have signed a contract and provided a 50% non-refundable deposit, your picnic is considered "booked".

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 5-days notice prior to your picnic date is required. The new date must be booked within 90-days of the original date.

Rescheduling/ cancellations less than 5-days prior to your scheduled picnic date will result in the loss of the deposit and final payment. Customer is responsible for food costs if picnic is rescheduled. 

What payment methods do you accept?

An invoice will be sent with payment options.

What locations are available for my picnic?

Due to zoning and permitting, we offer three beautiful water-side locations:

  • Crescent Lake Park - 5th St N

  • Vinoy Park - Bayshore Dr.

  • Treasure Island Beach - Near John's Pass/ 126th Ave beach access

Contact us via phone, email or our contact page on this site to book a picnic. We need to know the date, preferred time and which picnic package you'd like.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due the day before the event.
